Fall

Just another manic Monday. Today has been a busy day. I rode with my roommate to pick up her new car in Tuscaloosa. It took the majority of the day, but we made the most of it. We had lunch at BENTO (my favorite Japanese restaurant ever) and went to a couple of shops to get a new game day t-shirt.

On another note, I am so proud of myself. I have become a baker! I am really not a good cook, but I tried out a cheesecake recipe (NOTE: I only cook if the recipe is easy and doesn't have a lot of ingredients) and it turned out great! (I put about 12 oreos instead of 7). Once you start crumbling them, it doesn't seem like much. I think my way is better. If you make this, tell me if I'm right. ;) I will definitely be making it again. Now that I know how to make the cheesecake, I figure I can add all kinds of different stuff other than Oreos. Gummy bears, sprinkles...just kidding. The recipe is posted in my previous post.

My roommate and I have also been decorating for Halloween. I am very excited. I love this time of year when all of the holidays are back to back. I am not sure what I am going to be this year, but I am leaning towards a sheep. I am not really sure where it came from, I just think it would be funny. I always seem to dress up as some kind of animal, other than when I was a witch. I have been a ladybug, a cat, a bunny....Not really sure what's up with that. Here is our door to our apartment. Lauren made the bow. Cutie mac.

This weekend was SO FUN. The game was incredible. That makes for two great games in a row. I only attended one though. RTR. I can't wait to see what the TIDE has in store for the rest of the season.
